Children of the Dirt
PJ Guglielmo his wife Alicia and family started an apparel company in the Santa Ynez Valley in 2008. From a very young age, PJ's had a passion for off-roading the desert, motocross racing and other off-road activites. In 2012 came the purchase of a class 6000 race vehicle called a TrophyLite. Racing the TrophyLite class for 3 seasons the Children of the Dirt Motorsports team saw success early and took home a series championship in the first year of racing the class. While dominating in the class the team would set their sights on the coveted 6100 class.
2018 MINT 400
PJ Guglielmo qualified 9 of 49 trucks heading into this years MINT. After the green flag drops PJ and co-driver Joe Herrera begin moving around slower trucks and quickly found themselves in the top 5. It wasn't long before PJ took advantage and moved up into the 1st place spot on lap 2 but a flat tire would give back all of that time and several positions. Once the sun had set and the rain came in, the 6124 would continue to push to a 4th place finish.

6100 Children of the Dirt, Armada Engineering
Coming from limited classes jumping to play with the big toys is a natural path to success, with this in mind Pj Guglielmo of Children of the Dirt coming from motorcycle background and after a successful seasons on TrophyLites winning a championship on 2013 and two second places on the Best in the Desert ’14 and ’15 championships it felt natural to take another step and now with help of Armada Engineering they started the ’17 season with a brand new 6100 truck. -- Read the Full Story --
