About: Gene is has been participating in endurance running events since 2010 starting out with his 1st marathon in San Diego. Since then with the help and encouragement of his wife he evolved into the sport of triathlon. Completing his first Ironman 140.6 in 2014 and a second in 2015, Gene has recently transitioned to Ultra Marathon events and just finish his first 50 mile Ultra in March 2017. We will continue to support Gene in his endeavors and encourage him through many more adventures.
